Homemade Spinach Noodles Recipe
250gram all-purpose flour, extra more for rolling and dusting
2 large eggs
20gm spinach Powder
1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
Water 120gm (or 120ml)
- Add flour , pinch of salt in a big bowl, mix well the flour , add water (stop pouring water when there is no dry flour in the bowl.
- Crack each egg into , followed by the remaining ingredients.
- knead the dough until your hand no stick and clean then knead more another 10 minute.
- Cover with a wet cloth and rest for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into quarters. Keep the rest of the dough covered with a towel while you work on each piece avoid become dry.
- Roll the dough into paper thin around 5cm wide and keep remaining dough cover with flour
- Cut it to 1/4 inch.
